  1. We Ship the Kit: Order online, and we deliver a complete DIY home impression kit right to your door 
  2. Take Your Impression: Follow the simple instructions to create a precise mould of your teeth in minutes.
  3. Free Canada Post Return: Pop your completed mould back into the box and send it to our fabrication facility using our pre-paid Canada Post shipping label.
Once received, our production team digitally scans your impression, 3D prints the precise model, thermoforms your custom hybrid polymer surface guards, and delivers your final consumer product straight to your mailbox.

FAQ Custom-Fit Surface Guards

Your total delivery timeline depends on whether you upload a digital scan or use our home putty kit, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are processed at our Canadian facility.
    • If You Upload a 3D Digital Scan (.STL):
        • Standard Shipping (Canada Post Regular Parcel): 4–13 Business Days door-to-door.
        • Premium Upgrade (Canada Post Expedited Parcel): 4–11 Business Days door-to-door.

    • If You Use Our Home Putty Impression Kit:
        • Standard Shipping (Canada Post Regular Parcel): 10–33 Business Days total round-trip.
        • Premium Upgrade (Canada Post Expedited Parcel): 7–27 Business Days total round-trip.

Please note: Choosing our Premium Shipping option at checkout for a $60 fee applies to Canada Post transit times only. Because every item is individually crafted to your exact specifications, our high-precision manufacturing and thermoforming process itself cannot be rushed or expedited

We ship nationwide using Canada Post so we will ship to any valid Canadian address serviced by Canada Post! All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our primary Canadian workshop. Delivery is available to residential doorsteps, community mailboxes, apartment parcel lockers, and secure Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) strictly within the standard delivery network and operational boundaries of Canada Post.

Our kits already include a prepaid return shipping label on the bottom of the box! in the event something happens to the label on the box and you need to return your kit then you can visit https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label?id=PR411503 to create a return ǪR code for your impression kits. A Canada Post retail employee scans the ǪR code, prints the returns label and sends your prepaid impression kit back to us.

We do not recommend ordering our custom products at this time, as traditional braces or fixed wires can interfere with the self-guided material processing and molding stages. Additionally, structural adjustments involve the continuous movement of teeth, meaning custom-fit polymer overlays are best crafted after your alignment process is fully complete. We recommend that you consult your primary dental specialist in-person to discuss your current options. However, once your braces are successfully removed, our CANAwhite/CANAblanc Comfort-Fit Surface Guards serve as an excellent option to shield your newly aligned enamel from everyday friction and surface wear.

Our precision-crafted polymer surface guards are not intended to cure, treat, or stop behavioral clenching or grinding habits. Instead, they function as a highly durable, custom-molded physical barrier. When worn, the dual-layered material absorbs the heavy biting pressure and deflects the enamel-on-enamel contact, safely shielding your teeth from progressive surface friction and structural wear.

Don’t worry, we do an impression verification check to make sure that your impressions are good for fabricating your custom teeth whitening trays, Comfort-Fit Surface Guards, and/or Sports Mouthgards. We ask that you email photos of your impressions to us at verify@CANAwhite.ca and wait for our quality assurance team members to approve your impressions prior to mailing them back.
