The answer depends on how quickly shipping is completed, and impression kits are mailed back to our facility for manufacturing. If your impressions do not pass our quality assurance check then a "Re-do kit" is mailed out and this will delay the overall process. On average, it can take from 1 to 6 weeks to complete your custom teeth whitening trays, Comfort-Fit Surface Guards, or Sports Mouthguards.

We ship nationwide using Canada Post.

Visit https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label?id=PR411503 to create a return ǪR code for your impression kits. A Canada Post retail employee scans the ǪR code, prints the returns label and sends your prepaid impression kit back to us.

Don’t worry, we do an impression verification check to make sure that your impressions are good for fabricating your custom teeth whitening trays, Comfort-Fit Surface Guards, and/or Sports Mouthgards. We ask that you email photos of your impressions to us at verify@CANAwhite.ca and wait for our quality assurance team members to approve your impressions prior to mailing them back. To ensure a seamless experience, we align our product recommendations with Canadian cosmetic guidelines and material processing parameters. We apply the following guidelines across our product lines:
  • Age Guidelines: Our cosmetic teeth whitening systems and Comfort-Fit Surface Guards are designed exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older. However, our custom CANAwhite/CANAblanc Sports Mouthguards are engineered for athletes of all ages, including children, to provide high-impact protection on the field.
  • Active Aligners or Orthodontics: If you are currently undergoing active orthodontic adjustments or wearing traditional braces, we do not recommend ordering our custom-fit trays or sports guards. The continuous movement of your teeth will interfere with the static shape of a custom polymer overlay. However, our on-the-go CANAwhite/CANAblanc Whitening Pen can still be used safely to touch up visible enamel surfaces while wearing traditional braces.
  • General Structural Status: Our self-guided material processing kits are designed for healthy, structurally sound enamel surfaces. If you have loose teeth, unbonded restorations, or are experiencing active oral discomfort, we strongly advise consulting a dental professional in-person to address your primary care needs before introducing any cosmetic or athletic accessories to your routine.
  • Pregnancy and Lactation: If you are currently pregnant or nursing, we recommend postponing cosmetic teeth whitening routines. Research regarding the impact of cosmetic whitening compounds during pregnancy remains limited, and we always prioritize your personal wellness and safety.

Absolutely. If you have access to an open format STL file of your dental structure, you can upload it directly on our product page during checkout. This completely bypasses the need for a physical putty kit however, your digital scan must have been taken within the last 6 months. Teeth naturally experience subtle surface shifts and structural changes over time. Utilizing a scan older than 6 months increases the likelihood that your custom trays will not fit your current dental shape comfortably.
 
You hold complete legal right and ownership over your personal digital records. Simply contact your clinic’s administration desk and ask them to email you your "open, exported STL file" from your recent digital scan. Once they send it to your inbox, you can upload that file straight to our platform.

Because every single tray is custom-fabricated to match your exact anatomical data, all sales of personalized items are final. However, we are fully committed to your comfort. If you experience an unexpected fit issue due to a manufacturing flaw or shipping transit damage, reach out to our team at info@CANAwhite.ca within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can address it for you.
