What is Included in the Impression Kit

Instructional Video and Step-by-Step How-to

A dental impression kit from CANAwhite/CANAblanc includes everything needed for taking precise impressions of your teeth. Typically our kits are used for fabricating custom whitening trays or other protective oral appliances.

Our step-by-step instructions guide you through the process of how-to take your own dental impressions at home. The instructions are provided in each of our kits simply through the 'click' of a QR code.  We clearly explain how to mix the putty, place the trays, and properly position your teeth for the moulds. These instructions are offered in both a video tutorial and transcript from our website to ensure you get the best results while taking your own impressions!

Impression Trays

These trays are designed to fit comfortably in your mouth and hold the impression material while you bite down to create an accurate mold of your teeth. You will find our trays are created for ease of use along with guidance from our step-by-step instructions on taking a good impression.

Impression Putty

In each kit you will find our impression putty. This is the material that is used to create the moulds of your mouth. The putty is made of two components:

Blue Base Material: This is the main component of the impression putty, which, when mixed with the white catalyst material, forms a mouldable substance to create the dental impression.

White Catalyst Material: The catalyst is mixed with the blue base material to activate the putty and cause it to set, capturing a precise and detailed impression of your teeth.

Pre-paid Box with Shipping Label

Our impression kits come with everything needed to take your impression as well as everything that's needed to send your impressions back to our lab! The kits have pre-paid shipping labels attached to the bottom of the box as that's our way to make the process more convenient for you. We use Canada Post's shipping services. Once you have completed your impressions and sealed them back in the box, you simply have to  drop-off the box at your nearest Canada Post and it will make its way back to our Dental lab so we can get started with working on your custom dental appliance. 

 

After taking the impressions, place the completed molds back in the box provided and ship them back to CANAwhite/CANAblanc for processing. The pre-paid shipping label makes the return process convenient and free of charge.
